We would like to leave our positive feedback about GLOBAL INDIA EXPRESS! We lost a phone on the IndiGo aircraft in New Delhi. We got NO Support from IndiGo and they refused to help us with the lost item and we DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone to use this Airliner. They changed and extended the flight by over 6 hours. The airplane smelled awful and there was 0 confort during the flight! However, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND Global India Express, as they helped us get and transport the item in a very timely manner.We authorized their company to pick up the lost item from the airport and shipped to us within 3-5 days.The shipment arrived in Europe within 4 days with FedEx and everything was just fine! I had very good experience doing business with the company. My first contact at this company was Alpana and I was sold right away. She was very polite and patient and answered all of my questions. We were relocating to the US and had a lot of stuff to be shipped. She was very helpful in arranging the shipment and quoting me a very competitive price. We had a huge painting that we wanted to ship, Alpana went over and beyond to make sure the painting made it to the destination. She kept in constant contact via phone calls and text messages and kept me updated. It was a challenge to ship a very large item but Global India did it. I’d recommend Global India to all. I received a very important and urgently needed document from New Delhi to Berlin in just 3 days. I was also provided with a DHL tracking number, which made it very convenient to track the shipment. The document was picked up from my home in New Delhi, packed, and shipped entirely by their team — all for just ₹3,000.
